OF THE BOARD OF COUNCILMEN
& THE BOARD OF FINANCE
NOVEMBER 29, 2006
A SPECIAL JOINT MEETING of the City Council & the Board of Finance was held on Wednesday, November 29, 2006, in the Council Chambers.
Those in attendance included Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, City Councilors Thomas C. Jerram (left early), Rick E. Dalla Valle, Andrew J. Slaiby, and Drake L. Waldron, Board of Finance members Daniel Farley, Bruce Cornish, Mark Bushka, James Nichol, Joseph Nader and James Zeller, Corp. Counsel Ernestine Yuille Weaver, and Tax Collector Robert Crovo (entered into executive session at the end). Councilmen James F. McKenna, and Marie P. Soliani were absent.
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Tom Jerram moved the first item (to go into executive session to discuss the negotiations for tax collection services) Seconded by Councilman Andrew Slaiby. All in favor.
OPEN SESSION
Motion to come out of executive session made by Board of Finance member Bruce Cornish, Seconded by Andrew Slaiby. All in favor.
ADJOURN
Motion to adjourn made by Bruce Cornish, seconded by Councilman Drake Waldron. All in favor.
Meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
