1. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on November 20, 2012.
2. Vote to accept the minutes of the Special Meeting held on December 10, 2012.
3. Vote to open the meeting to the public.
4. Vote to authorize the budget transfers for fiscal year 2012/2013 listed in the City Comptroller's memos, having been approved by City Council on January 7, 2013.
5. Vote to authorize the allocation of $400,000 from the City's Undesignated Fund Balance to serve as the City's portion of the Forbes School Roof Replacement Project, and to be replaced from the Board of Education FY13/14 budget.
6. Vote to consider business presented by the Mayor and members of the Board of Finance.
