Vote to authorize the payment of $65,646.00 from Capital Reserve Funds repaid over three years' time, for the Fire Headquarters Boiler & Hot Water Heater Replacement project to be completed by Pelletier Mechanical Services, LLC of Thomaston, CT, approved by the Board of Public Safety on December 5, 2012 and approved by City Council on December 3, 2012.
