CITY COUNCIL & WPC AUTHORITY
November 3, 2016
A SPECIAL & TELEPHONIC MEETING was held by the City Council & Water Pollution Control Authority in the Mayor’s Office on Thursday, November 3, 2016.
Those present were Mayor Carbone and Councilor Daniel Farley. Councilors Anne Ruwet, Drake Waldron and Luisa Noujaim participated via telephone. City Councilors Gregg Cogswell and Paul Cavagnero were absent.
Mayor Carbone called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m.
Small Cities Project #143-417
On a motion by Councilor Farley, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Council voted unanimously to approve Project #143-417 upon the recommendation of the Small Cities Committee. Councilor Waldron noted that there are no liens on the property, the owner has put a lot of work into it, and that it is a good investment.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Noujaim, the meeting was adjourned at 3:36 p.m.
