CITY COUNCIL & WPC AUTHORITY
AUGUST 20, 2015
A SPECIAL TELEPHONIC MEETING was held by the City Council & WPC Authority in the Mayor’s Office on Thursday, August 20, 2015.
Those in attendance included Mayor Elinor Carbone, Purchasing Agent Pennie Zucco, Fleet Manager Emil Castro and Mayoral Aide Timothy Waldron. City Councilors Drake Waldron, Anne Ruwet, Gregg Cogswell, and Christopher Anderson participated via telephone. City Councilors Paul Cavagnero and Paul Samele did not participate.
Mayor Carbone opened the meeting at 10:33 a.m.
WAIVE BID PROCESS: Refurbish Street Dept. Vehicles
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Ruwet, the Council voted unanimously to authorize the waiving of the bid process on the refurbishment of Unit #27, #24, and #32 by Tru-Hitch, Inc. of Barkhamsted, CT.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Cogswell, the Council voted unanimously to adjourn at 10:36 a.m.
