SPECIAL MEETING
CITY COUNCIL & WPC AUTHORITY
OCTOBER 15, 2013
A SPECIAL MEETING was held by the City Council & WPC Authority in the City Hall Auditorium on Monday, October 15, 2013.
Those in attendance included Mayor Gerald Zordan, Corporation Counsel Raymond Rigat, City Councilors Gregg Cogswell, Paul Samele, Drake Waldron, Marie Soliani, and Elinor Carbone. Also present were Fire Chief Gary Brunoli, Comptroller Alice Proulx, Mayoral Aide Timothy Waldron and City Engineer Ed Fabbri.
Mayor Zordan called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
LED STREETLIGHT REPLACEMENT PROJECT
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Samele, the Council voted unanimously
to accept the recommendation of the City Engineer and the City Purchasing Agent to award the LED Streetlight Replacement Project Bid 'C' #LED-A-027-080913 to Leotek Electronics USA Corp. of Milpitos, CA at a unit price of $150.00 per fixture and to approve further purchases of additional fixtures from the same vendor at the same or lower unit price when additional funds become available.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Soliani, the Council voted unanimously
to adjourn at 6:03 p.m.
