SPECIAL TELEPHONIC MEETING
CITY COUNCIL & WPC AUTHORITY
November 1, 2012
A SPECIAL TELEPHONIC MEETING was held by the City Council & WPC Authority in the Mayor's Office on Thursday, November 1, 2012.
Present were Mayor Ryan Bingham, Corporation Counsel Raymond Rigat, and ZEO/Inland Wetlands Officer Kimberly Barbieri. City Councilors Gregg Cogswell, Elinor Carbone, Paul Samele, and Drake Waldron participated via telephone. City Councilors Gerald Zordan and Marie Soliani were absent.
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m.
ASSESSMENT CONTRACT: Jacob Strong Jr. House
On a motion by Councilor Carbone, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Council voted unanimously to award a contract, funded by grant money, for RFP #CSS-013-091412, Consultant Services for the Conditions Assessment, Site Survey and Archaeological Survey of the Jacob Strong Jr. House and site located at 1167 Highland Avenue to Mark Thaler, AIA.
Mayor Bingham commended Mrs. Barbieri for doing a great job putting this project together. Councilor Carbone thanked Mrs. Barbieri for the background information and scope of services that was provided.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Councilor Cogswell, seconded by Councilor Carbone, the Council voted unanimously to adjourn at 10:06 a.m.
