MINUTES -- Public Hearing
CITY COUNCIL AND WPC AUTHORITY
JUNE 9, 2011
A PUBLIC HEARING was held by the City Council & WPC Authority in the City Hall Auditorium on Thursday, June 9, 2011, to review and discuss proposals for participation in the 2011 Neighborhood Assistance Act.
Present were Mayor Ryan Bingham, Corporation Council Ernestine Yuille Weaver, City Councilors Gregg Cogswell, Elinor Carbone, Drake Waldron, and Marie Soliani. City Councilors Paul Samele and Gerald Zordan were absent.
Mayor Bingham called the Public Hearing to order at 6:30 p.m.
Executive Secretary to the Mayor, Maurette Wall, read the legal notice.
There was no one present who wished to speak.
Mayor Bingham closed the Public Hearing at 6:34 p.m.
2011 NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE ACT
On a motion by Councilor Waldron, seconded by Councilor Soliani, the Council voted unanimously, by roll call vote, to accept proposals submitted for participation in the 2011 Neighborhood Assistance Act.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Councilor Cogswell, seconded by Councilor Carbone, the Council voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:34 pm.
