CITY COUNCIL & WPC AUTHORITY
MAY 18, 2009



A   PUBLIC HEARING was held on Monday, May 18, 2009 in the Main Room of the Sullivan Senior Center by the Board of Councilmen, acting herein as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to establish the Sewer Use Charge for the year beginning July 1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2010.

Present were Mayor Ryan J. Bingham, City Councilors Rick Dalla Valle, Michael Colangelo, Elinor Carbone, Thomas Jerram, Marie Soliani and Drake Waldron, Purchasing Agent Pennie Zucco, WPCA Administrator Raymond Drew,            Superintendant of Parks & Recreation Brett Simmons, Fleet Manager Emil Castro,   Superintendant of Streets Robert Lizotte, and Director of Public Works Gerald Rollett.

Mayor Bingham called the public hearing to order at 7:00 p.m.

City Clerk Joseph L. Quartiero read the legal notice.

No one from the public wished to speak.

Mayor Bingham closed the public hearing at 7:02 p.m.
