                   EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE
                    BOARD OF COUNCILMEN
                   MAY 20, 2003

An   EMERGENCY  MEETING  of the Board of Councilmen was held on Tuesday, May 20, 2003, in the Council Chambers.

Present were Mayor Owen J. Quinn, Jr., City Councilors Thomas C. Jerram, Marie P. Soliani, David M. Bascetta, Richard E. Dalla Valle, James D. Reginatto, and  Public Works Director Gerald Rollett.

Mayor Quinn called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. for the purpose of adopting two Resolutions.

On a motion by Councilor Dalla Valle, seconded by Councilor Jerram, the Council voted unanimously to adopt the following two resolutions:

RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Councilmen, on May 20, 2003, set the Vehicle/Roll-off Registration Fee at $50.00, effective July 1, 2003.

RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Councilmen, on May 20, 2003, voted that the City no longer pay tipping fees for non-residential solid waste, effective August 1, 2003.

ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Councilor Dalla Valle, seconded by Councilor Jerram, the Council voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:15 p.m.
