1. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on September 8, 2015.
2. Vote to accept the minutes of the Special Meeting held jointly with the Board of Finance on September 15, 2015.

3. Vote to open the meeting to the public.
Appt: Zoning Citation and Blight Task Force Hearing Officers
4. Vote to accept the Mayor’s re-appointment of Atty. Joel Perlotto and Atty. James Steck as Zoning Citation Hearing Officers with terms to expire 9/30/17 under Torrington Ordinance 114-2i, and as Blight Task Force Hearing Officers with terms to expire 12/31/2016 under Torrington Ordinance 161-9E(1).

5. Vote to accept the Mayor’s re-appointment of Brian Reardon to the Conservation Commission for a three year term to expire 9/5/2015.
