Minutes
1. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held July 20, 2015.
Open to Public
2. Vote to open the meeting to the public.
Buttrick Trail and Bridge over Still River
3. Vote to adopt a resolution empowering the Mayor to execute, sign and deliver in the name and on behalf of the City, a contract with the Department of Energy and
Environmental Protection for funding for the project entitled “Buttrick Trail and Bridge over Still River.”
Newfield Road Pavement Preservation
4. Vote to authorize the Mayor to execute a Project Authorization Letter (PAL) agreement with the CT Department of Transportation for the “Pavement Preservation on Newfield Road” project.
Master Municipal Agreement for Right of Way Projects
5. Vote to authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with the CT Department of
Transportation entitled “Master Municipal Agreement for Right of Way Projects”.
Small Cities
6. Vote to accept the recommendation of the Small Cities Committee, if any.
7. Vote to authorize the following payments to L. Wagner & Assocs. for Prof. Svcs. 4/1/15 – 6/30/15 City Housing Rehab.:
