1. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held December 15, 2014.

Open to Public  
2. Vote to open the meeting to the public.

Mayoral Appointments
3. Vote to approve the Mayor's appointment of Marie Soliani to the Arts & Culture Commission to complete a four-year term to expire December 31, 2016.

4. Vote to approve the Mayor's reappointment of George Noujaim to the Board of Assessment Appeals for a three-year term to expire December 6, 2017.

5.  Vote to approve the Mayor's reappointment of Lori B. Chiron to the Coe Memorial Park Committee for a five-year term to expire December 31, 2019.

6.  Vote to approve the Mayor's reappointment of Paul Summers to the Planning & Zoning Commission for a five-year term to expire December 1, 2019.

7. Vote to approve the Mayor's reappointment of Brian Mattiello, Gerard Carbone and Gary Mercier to the Fuessenich Park Partnership Commission for four-year terms expiring December 31, 2018.

8. Vote to approve the Mayor's reappointment of Mark McEachern to the Historic Properties Commission for a three-year term to expire July 15, 2017.

Sale of Water System, Deed Restrictions
9. Vote to authorize the Mayor to execute certain deed restrictions on Cedar Lane, Cedar Hill, and Baker Residential as required by PURA and the Dept. of Public Health as part of the water system sale to the Torrington Water Company.
        
Refunding Bonds
10.  Roll Call Vote to adopt the resolution entitled “RESOLUTION WITH RESPECT TO THE AUTHORIZATION, ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOT EXCEEDING $5,400,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF CITY OF TORRINGTON GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS”.

Small Cities Payments
11.  Vote to authorize the following transfers from Fund #270 to Fund #277 upon receipt of drawdown #11:
        a) $26,945.00 for Project #143-339
        b) $  5,350.00 for Project #143-397

Refund Extra Toter Fee
12. Vote to authorize a refund of $72.94 for an extra toter at 258 South Main Street.

Building Dept. Report
13.  Vote to accept the Building Dept. Report for November 2014.

Department Heads
14.  Vote to consider business presented by Department Heads.

Business: Mayor & Members
15.  Vote to consider business presented by the Mayor and members of the City Council.
