- Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 20, 2014.

- Vote to open the meeting to the public.
Appointments
Conservation Commission
- Vote to accept the Mayor’s appointment of James Fedorich to the Conservation Commission for a three-year term to expire September 5, 2017.
Fire Department
- Vote to accept the Purchasing Agent and Deputy Fire Chief’s recommendation to award the Fire Department Uniforms Bid, as follows, having been previously approved by the Board of Public Safety on November 5, 2014:
- A partial award to New England Uniform of Danbury, CT for the annualized estimate of $9905.97, and
- A partial award to Galls, Inc. of Lexington, KY for the annualized estimate of $2233.00
- Vote to accept the recommendation of the Vehicle Replacement Advisory Board and the Board of Public Safety, if any.
Resolution: Omnibus MOA
- Vote to adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents for the 2014 HSGP Omnibus MOA agreement between the State of Connecticut and the City of Torrington.
Small Cities Committee
- Vote to accept the recommendation of the Small Cities Committee regarding Project #143-334 and #143-395.
