1.  Vote to accept the recommendation of the City Engineer and the City Purchasing Agent to award the LED Streetlight Replacement Project Bid 'C' #LED-A-027-080913 to Leotek Electronics USA Corp. of Milpitos, CA at a unit price of $150.00 per fixture and to approve further purchases of additional fixtures from the same vendor at the same or lower unit price when additional funds become available.
