MAYOR'S OFFICE
1. Vote to authorize the Mayor to award a contract for Coe Memorial Park Phase II Bid #CMP-041-021313 and further authorize him to act on behalf of the City regarding the execution of the contract and its administration including approval of pay applications, pending the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission and the Coe Memorial Park Committee on March 4, 2013.
2. Vote to award a contract estimated at $13,500 to Fuss & O'Neil for Construction Administration Services for Coe Memorial Park Phase II pending the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission and the Coe Memorial Park Committee on March 4, 2013.
3. Vote to authorize the Purchasing Agent to enter into a contract for Diesel, #2 Fuel, and Gasoline with the low bidder as presented on March 5, 2013 if the price is no greater than 10% over the bid price on March 6, 2013.
4. Vote to appoint Wendy A. Traub to the Board of Assessment Appeals for a three year term expiring December 6, 2015, replacing Jessica Rinaldi who resigned January 23, 2013.
5. Vote to appoint Alternate Member Thomas Gluz as a Regular Member of the Board of Assessment Appeals for a three year term expiring December 6, 2013, replacing Charlene Antonelli who resigned May 31, 2012.
