1. Vote to accept the City Engineer's recommendation to authorize the Mayor to award a unit price contract to the low bidder W.W. Manchester Construction Co. Inc. from Bristol Connecticut in the amount of $45,500.00 and to have the Mayor act on the behalf of the City regarding the execution of the contract and its administration including approval of pay applications, with funding for this project from Capital Projects 0310.8888.5900.0105.
