1. Vote to accept City Purchasing Agent Pennie Zucco's and City Engineer Edward Fabbri's recommendation to authorize the Mayor to award a contract to Waters Construction Company, Inc. of Bridgeport, CT, in the amount of $873,754.70 and also authorize the Mayor to act on the behalf of the City regarding the execution of the contract and its administration including approval of payment applications.
