1. Vote to accept the minutes from the regular meeting held July 18, 2011.
2. Vote to accept the minutes from the regular meeting held August 3, 2011.
3. Vote to open the meeting to the public.
4. Vote to re-appoint Dr. Mario D'Angelo as Commissioner for the Torrington Housing Authority for a five year term beginning September 1, 2011.
