Review and discuss by the City Council & WPC Authority and the Board of Finance the proposed City budgets for the fiscal period of July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.

Vote by the City Council & WPC Authority on a final approval of City budgets for the fiscal period of July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, and advance them to the Board of Finance.
