  • Vote to accept the minutes of the special meeting held on April 12, 2011, regarding Dispatch phone system.
  • Vote to accept the minutes of the special meeting held on April 12, 2011, regarding Budgets.
  • Vote to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on April 18, 2011.
  • Vote to accept the minutes of the special meeting held on April 20, 2011 regarding Budgets.
  • Vote to accept the minutes of the public hearing held on April 20, 2011 regarding Small Cities Projects.
    
  • Vote to open the meeting to the public.
  • Vote to accept the recommendation of the Purchasing Agent, Fleet Manager, and Superintendent of Streets to purchase a 2011/2012 International 7600 SFA Plow Truck from Marola Motors of Torrington, CT in the amount of $192,700.00, tabled on April 18, 2011, and May 2, 2011, pending approval from the Board of Finance.
  • Vote to accept the recommendation of the Fleet Manager and Purchasing Agent to award the purchase of two (2) Ford Police Interceptors from Crowley Ford, LLC of Plainville, CT for $57,244.00, having been approved by the Board of Public Safety on May 4, 2011, pending approval from the Board of Finance.
  • Vote to approve the following payments from Fund #250, Small Cities:
