1. 6:30 PM - PUBLIC HEARING: To obtain public input on the following proposed amendment to the ity’s Code of Ordinances:
Chapter 144, Section 114-1 by adding language to allow an inspection fee, paid by the applicant, to enable staff to augment compliance documentation, particularly during periods of intense land-use activity.
2. Vote to accept the proposed changes to Section 114-1.

6. Vote to approve payment of $750.00 to National Community Development Assn.from Fund #250, Small Cities Rehab. Grant, invoice #WLPM-11-112.
7. Vote to approve payment of $4,500.00 to L. Wagner & Assocs. from Fund #251, City-Wide Housing Rehab. Grant invoice #10-SC-01.
8. Vote to approve payment from Municipal Renovations Fund # 316 for the following invoices:
