BOARD OF COUNCILMEN

MONDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2010

1.6:30 PM - PUBLIC HEARING: To obtain public input on the following proposed amendments to the City’s Code of Ordinances:

         a)..Section 128-16 by decreasing the length of time (from 10 days to 5 days) that                     solid waste may be left before penalties may be imposed.

         b)..Section 85-4 by adding language to delineate how building permit refunds                          will be approved, and designating the property owner as the payee of refunds                     paid.

2.   Vote to accept the proposed changes to Section 128-16.

3.   Vote to accept the proposed changes to Section 85-4.
