Vote to accept the minutes of the following:
A.  Regular meeting held April 5, 2010.
         B.  Special meeting held jointly with Board of Public Safety April 12, 2010.

3.
Vote to open the meeting to the public.

4.
Vote to schedule a Public Hearing for June 7, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. to review and discuss proposals for participation in the 2010 Neighborhood Assistance Act.

5.
Vote to accept the Purchasing Agent's recommendation to waive the bid process and permit the Little League to run the Oak Avenue Concession Stand.

6.
Vote to accept the Purchasing Agent's recommendation to award the Small Cities Community Development Program Administrator contract to L. Wagner & Assocs., Inc., of Waterbury, CT.

7.
Vote to approve the following payments from fund #0288 for the Willow Gardens Project :
  • $377.41 to the City of Torrington, for miscellaneous costs
     B.  $20,851.56 to Mastrobattisto, Inc. for work done to date, Drawdown #22

8.
Vote to approve a payment of $20.00 from fund #250 for Stephen Nocera's annual membership fee to the Fair Housing Assn. Of CT.

9.
Vote to approve the following payments from the Municipal Renovations Fund #0316.

Vote to adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to make an application to the State for $300,000 in order to undertake and carry out a Small Cities Community Development Program and to execute an Assistance Agreement.

11.

Vote to adopt a Fair Housing Resolution to ensure equal opportunity for all persons to rent, purchase and obtain financing for adequate housing of their choice on a non-discriminatory basis.

12.
Vote to accept the Building Department Report for the month of March 2010.

13.
Vote to open the meeting to the public on "agenda items" only.

14.
Vote to consider business presented by Department Heads.

15.
Vote to consider business presented by the Mayor and members of the City Council.
