Vote as Board of Councilmen to adopt a resolution ratifying the WPCA's appropriation of $1,440,000 for planning, design and construction of the Regional Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG) Receiving Facility Project, and authorizing the issue of revenue bonds, notes and obligations of the City in the same amount to finance the appropriation.
