Vote to authorize the Mayor to execute an Agreement Between the State of Connecticut and the City of Torrington for the Construction, Inspection, and Maintenance of the Still River Greenway utilizing Federal Funds under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Vote to authorize the Mayor to execute an Agreement Between the State of Connecticut and the City of Torrington for the Construction, Inspection, and Maintenance of Pinewoods Road utilizing Federal Funds under the Urban Component of the Surface Transportation Program.
