Vote to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held April 20, 2009.

Vote to open the meeting to the public.

Vote by City Council herein acting as Water Pollution Control Authority to authorize payment of $500.00 from Sanitary Sewer Capital Improvement acct. #490 to Wright Pierce for Inv. #63272 dated April 21, 2009 for Final Design of Felicity Lane Pump Station.

4.
Vote to schedule Public Hearing for May 18, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. to set the Sewer User Fee for the period from July 1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2010.

5.
Vote to adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into and sign a contract with the CT State Library for an Historical Preservation Grant Request.

6.
