1. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held March 20, 2017.

2. Vote to open the meeting to the public.
3. Vote to schedule a Public Hearing on Monday, April 17, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. to solicit citizen input on a proposed ordinance prohibiting the repair of vehicles in the street.
4. Vote to accept Corporation Counsel’s recommendation and authorize the Mayor, pursuant to CGS §12-179, to release the tax and sewer use liens, as presented.
5. Vote to approve a payment of $593.92 to the Republican-American for a Public Hearing Legal Notice for the2017 Small Cities Grant Application.
6. Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 9 tax refunds indicated on the list dated April 3, 2017.
7. Herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 5 sewer usage fee refunds indicated on the list dated April 3, 2017.
