Vote to adopt Resolution #143-17-8, authorizing and directing the Mayor to file an application with the Commissioner of the Department of Housing for $400,000 to undertake a Small Cities Community Development Program.

4. Discussion: Tax Collection from Hairdressing Salons
Vote to accept the Purchasing Agent’s recommendation to authorize the Mayor to award, execute and administer a contract for the 2017 Fireworks Display to Pyro Engineering, Inc. (dba Bay Fireworks) of Bethpage, NY for the amount of $13,900.
Vote to authorize the payment of $738.34 to Gibson Holdings, LLC (dba Giordano Signs) for Invoice #8741 dated February 21, 2017, for the rules sign at the THS Athletic Field.
Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 26 tax refunds indicated on the list dated March 6, 2017.
Herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 29 sewer usage fee refunds indicated on the list dated March 6, 2017.
