Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 6, 2017.
2. Open to Public
Vote to open the meeting to the public.
4. Diesel Fuel, Fuel Oil, Gasoline
Vote to authorize the Purchasing Agent to enter into a contract for the following if the price is no greater than 10% over the bid price on February 22, 2017:
- Diesel Fuel
- #2 Fuel Oil
- Gasoline
Vote to approve the request to waive the Bid process for the 200 Litchfield Street Brownfield Assessment Project and authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract for environmental services with HRP Associates.
Vote to appoint Timothy Waldron as Fair Housing Officer for the City of Torrington, in accordance with Title VIII, Civil Rights Act of 1968 as amended.
Vote to authorize a payment of $150 from Fund #250 to the City of Torrington for Requisition #HRLR-258 dated 1/25/2017 for Title Searches performed for two projects.
Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 47 tax refunds indicated on the list dated February 21, 2017.
Herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 13 sewer usage fee refunds indicated on the list dated February 21, 2017.
Vote to accept the Building Department Report for January 2017.

Vote to consider business presented by Department Heads.

Vote to consider business presented by the Mayor and members of the City Council.
