a) Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held December 19, 2016.
2. Open to Public
Vote to open the meeting to the public.
Vote by the City Council herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority to approve a payment of $6100.00 from Fund #490 Sanitary Sewer Capital Improvement for Capital Project D-2Ab East Sewer Basin Rehabilitation Project, Inspection Services, to Walter Combes for Payment Requisition #2.
Vote by the City Council herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority to accept the recommendation of the WPCA Administrator, and Wright-Pierce to award the purchase of the Ultraviolet Disinfection System as part of the comprehensive upgrade of the WPCF to Suez Treatment Solutions Inc. as approved by CTDEEP.
Vote by the City Council herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority to accept the recommendation of the WPCA Administrator, and Wright-Pierce to award the purchase of the Ballasted Flocculation Tertiary Treatment System as part of the comprehensive upgrade of the WPCF to I. Kruger Inc. as approved by CTDEEP.
Vote to adopt Resolution #143-17-1 supporting he Rural Collector-Surface Transportation Program project titled “Paving Newfield Road from South of Saw Mill Hill Road Intersection To Winchester Town Line”, and a commitment to funding the municipal share.
a) Vote to authorize the Mayor to award the Small Cities Community Development Program Administrator to L. Wagner & Assocs., Inc. of Waterbury, CT.
Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the following (80) tax refunds:
o 7 taxpayers on list dated 12/19/2016
o 9 taxpayers on list dated 1/3/2017
o 34 taxpayers on list dated 1/17/2017
o 30 taxpayers on list dated 1/17/2017a
Herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 1 sewer usage fee refund indicated on the list dated December 19, 2016.
Vote to accept the Building Department Reports for November and December, 2016.
11. Business by Dept. Heads
Vote to consider business presented by Department Heads.
12. Business: Mayor & Members
Vote to consider business presented by the Mayor and members of the City Council.
