Neighborhood Assistance Act
1.       Roll Call Vote:  To accept proposals for the participation in the 2016 Neighborhood Assistance Act.

**Presentation:  Good Deed Awards**

2.      Vote to accept the minutes of the meetings held May 16, 2016.

3.      Vote to open the meeting to the public.

Appointment – Econ. Devel. Commission
4.  Vote to approve the Mayor’s appointment of John Giannsanti to the Economic Development Commission for a five-year term to expire February 9, 2021.

5.      Vote to authorize the Mayor to execute documents dissolving the Canfield Farms Homeowner’s Association and releasing the Storm Drainage Easement held by the City of Torrington.

6.  Vote to authorize the Mayor to award a contract to the low bidder, Waters Construction Co., Inc. of Bridgeport, CT for Newfield Road Pavement Preservation, with 80% Federal and 20% Local funding of the $591,140 project.

7.      Vote to authorize the Mayor to award a contract to the low bidder, Supreme Industries of Harwinton, CT for the Naugatuck River Greenway Trail Access Drive Phase One in the amount of $155,880, being Torrington’s share of the $180,000 project.

8.      Vote to authorize the Mayor to award a contract to CME Assocs. of Woodstock, CT for Environmental Engineering and Re-Use Planning Services – 100 Franklin Drive.

9.  Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the eleven (11) refunds indicated on the list dated May 25, 2016.

WPCA - Sewer Tax Refunds
10.  Acting herein as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the eight (8) sewer usage refunds indicated on the list dated May 25, 2016.

11.  Vote to accept the Purchasing Agent’s recommendation and authorize the Mayor to extend the current HVAC services contract with Tradesmen of New England, LLC of Bloomfield, CT, for FY16/17 with the same terms, conditions, and $86.00 per hour rate.
