Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 1, 2016.
2. Open to Public
Vote to open the meeting to the public.
3. Tax Refunds
Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the refunds indicated on the list dated 2/5/2016.
4. WPCA - Sewer Tax Refunds
Acting herein as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the sewer usage refunds indicated on the list dated 2/5/2016.
5. Small Cities Administrator
Vote to accept the Purchasing Agent’s recommendation to award the Small Cities Community Development Program Administrator, as presented.
6. Small Cities, Schedule Public Hearing
Vote to schedule a Public Hearing on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the 2016 Small Cities Program Application and to solicit citizen input.
