1. Awards or Pinning Ceremonies.
2. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular meeting held November 4, 2015.
3. Vote to accept the minutes of the Special Telephonic meeting held December 9, 2015.
4. Vote to accept the minutes of the Special Telephonic meeting held December 18, 2015.
5. Vote to open the meeting to the public.
6. Vote to approve the appointments of Officer Nicolas Duque, Officer Joshua Dallas, and Officer Thomas Connolly as a regular member of the Police Dept. after completing their probationary period through one year after graduation from the Academy on December 18, 2014.
7. Vote to approve the permanent appointment of Firefighters David Munson and John Russell Ryan having successfully completed their first-year probation.
8. Vote to accept the previous Corporation Counsel’s recommendation and withhold further funding from the Burrville Volunteer Fire Department in light of an unauthorized purchase of a fire truck, as tabled by the Board of Public Safety on October 7, 2015 and November 4, 2015.
9. Vote to accept Fire Chief Brunoli's Reports.
10. Vote to accept Deputy Fire Chief Pepler's Reports.
11. Vote to accept Training Officer Tripp's Reports.
12. Vote to accept Emergency Management Reports.
13. Vote to accept Fire Marshal Bascetta’s Report.
14. Vote to accept Police Chief Maniago’s Reports.
15. Vote to accept Officer Pisarski's Traffic Operations Unit Reports for October and November 2015.
16. Vote to accept EMS Provider Activity Report for the months of October and November 2015.
17. Vote to consider business by Volunteer Fire Departments.
18. Vote to consider business by Department Heads.
19. Vote to consider business by Mayor and members of the Board of Public Safety.
20. Vote to enter Executive Session under Police Personnel.
21. Vote to enter Open Session.
22. Vote to hire a probationary police officer with an effective date at the discretion of the Chief.
