1.      Vote to accept the minutes of the Special & Telephonic Meeting held March 3, 2014.  

2.      Vote to accept the minutes of the Special Meeting held March 4, 2014.

3.      Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular meeting held March 5, 2014.

4.      Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular meeting held March 18, 2014.

5.      Vote to open the meeting to the public.

6.      Vote to add Section B to the agenda.

Section B:   
7.      Vote to approve the Police Dept. budget and advance it to City Council.

8.      Vote to approve the Traffic budget and advance it to City Council.

9.      Vote to approve the Animal Control budget and advance it to City Council.

10.     Vote to approve the Public Safety Misc. budget and advance it to City Council.

11.     Vote to enter Executive Session regarding Police Personnel.

12.     Vote to enter Open Session.

13.     Vote to consider recommendations from the Executive Session, if any.

14.     Vote to accept Fire Chief Brunoli's Report for February 2014.

15.     Vote to accept the Emergency Management Report for February 2014.

16.     Vote to accept Deputy Fire Chief Pepler's Report for February 2014.

17.     Vote to accept Fire Marshal Tharau's Report for February 2014.   

18.     Vote to accept Training Officer Tripp's Report for February 2014.

19.     Vote to accept Chief Michael Maniago’s Report for February 2014.     

20.     Vote to accept Officer Steven Pisarski's Traffic Division Report for February 2014.

21.     Vote to refer Off. Pisarski's recommendation concerning a proposed ordinance in conformity with Public Act 09-171, to the Ordinance Committee for its review and recommendation.

22.     Vote to accept the EMS Provider Activity Report for February 2014.

23.     Vote to consider business by Department Heads.

24.     Vote to consider business by Volunteer Fire Departments.

25.     Vote to consider business by Mayor and members of the Board of Public Safety.
