4. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular meeting held December 4, 2013.
5. Vote to accept the minutes of the Special meeting held December 19, 2013.
6. Vote to open the meeting to the public.
7. In compliance with the Vehicle Replacement Plan, and pending approval from the Board of Finance, vote to accept the recommendation of the Fleet Manager and the Vehicle Replacement Advisory Board to go out to bid for the purchase of an all-wheel drive Ford Explorer for Fire Dept., at an estimated cost of $25,000.
8. Vote to approve computer Server capacity upgrade at Police Dept. from sole source provider Advizex Technologies for $30,289.36
9. Vote to accept Fire Chief Brunoli's Report for November and December 2013.
10. Vote to accept the Emergency Management Report for November and December 2013.
11. Vote to accept Deputy Fire Chief Pepler's Report for November and December 2013.
