5. Vote to accept the recommendation of the Purchasing Agent and the Training Officer and award the Police Body Armor bid to New England Uniform Co., of Danbury, CT for $613.60 per vest ($50,928.80 for 83 vests) pending City Council approval.
6. Vote to accept Acting Fire Chief Gary Brunoli's Report for August 2012.
7. Vote to accept Fire Marshal Tim Tharau's Report for August 2012.
8. Vote to accept Training Officer Larry Hepburn’s Report for August 2012.

10. Vote to accept Officer Steven Pisarski's Traffic Division report for August 2012.
