3. Presentation of Plaques to the following members of the Torrington Police Department:
- Chief Michael Maniago – 25 years and 30 years of service
- Deputy Chief Christopher Smedick – 25 years
- Officer Ronald Currier – 25 years
- Officer John Newkirk – 25 years
4. Vote to accept the Vehicle Replacement Advisory Board’s recommendation to move forward to obtain bids for two police interceptors.
5. Vote to enter Executive Session under Security Strategy.
6. Vote to enter Open Session.
7. Vote to accept the Purchasing Agent’s and the Police Department’s recommendation regarding expenditures for security enhancements for the Police Department.
