       1.  Vote to approve minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 6, 2010.

        2.  Vote to open the meeting to the public.

        3.  Vote to accept Chief Field=s Report.

       4.  Vote to accept Deputy Chief Brunoli's Report.

       5.   Vote to accept Fire Marshal Tharau's Report.
        6.  Vote to accept Training Officer Hepburn's Report.

       7.  Discuss/Vote on modifications to the Fire Dept. hiring process.

       8.  Vote to accept Chief Maniago=s Report September 2010.       

       9.  Vote to accept Officer Shopey’s Report for September 2010.

     10.  Vote to accept Officer Shopey’s recommendation to remove the “2 Hour Parking” signs on the entire South edge of Cook Street and Taylor Street.

     11.  Vote to accept Officer Shopey’s recommendation to remove the present stop signs on Walnut Street and re-install the signs to their correct location on McKinley Street.

     12.  Vote to accept Officer Pisarski’s recommendation to install two parking spaces, to be clearly posted “No Parking during School Hours”, in the area of 459 Migeon Ave.

     13.  Vote to accept Officer Shopey’s recommendation to allow two hours of free parking at on-street metered locations from Friday, November 26, 2010 to Sat., January 1, 2011.

     14.  Vote to accept the EMS Provider Activity Reports from Campion for September 2010.

     15.  Vote to accept the Purchasing Agent’s, Fleet Manager’s, and Deputy Fire Chief’s recommendation to award the purchase of a Vacuum Tanker for the Drakeville VFD to                        Vermont Fire Technologies, of Williamstown, VT in the amount of $296,918.

     16.  Vote to enter Executive Session under Personnel.

     17.  Vote to consider business by Department Heads.

      18.  Vote to consider business by Volunteer Fire Departments.

      19.  Vote to consider business by Mayor and members of the Board of Public Safety.
