5. Vote to make Deputy Police Chief Michael Maniago Acting Chief of Police effective immediately until the position is permanently filled.
6. Vote to accept Officer Stephen Krzanowski as a regular member of the Torrington Police Department, promoting him from Probationary Patrolman to Patrolman C, effective March 10, 2009.
7. Vote to accept Chief Fields Report for February 2009.
