B. Vote to accept Officer Christopher Abeling as a regular member of the Torrington Police Department after having successfully completed his probationary period as of 8/20/08.
C. Vote to appoint Probationary Fire Fighter Jeremy Minard to permanent status within the Torrington Fire Department.
3. Vote to go into Executive Session under Personnel: Fire Department - Captain’s promotion.
4. Vote on Captain’s promotion - Fire Department.
