Call to Order at 9:10 AM
Attendance - Ruth Buchanan, Jennie Clark, Pat Storey, Dave Spidal; Regrets – Mira Munson, Jean Armitage
Approval of Minutes –The minutes of May 10, 2016 were unanimously approved
Outreach Worker report – Due to budget shortfalls there were no visits made this month
Consortium Report – They are working on developing a news letter
HVES Report – No report
Treasurers Report & Budget Update Attached – These will be reviewed with Margaret
Upcoming Events
Black Fly Dinner Review The program was a success and the pricing will be held at this level. There were 53 attendees; income was $775 including an anonymous donation of $400; costs are still being assembled.
Yoga – Starts Thursday and the tables will be removed.
Old Business
Transportation – Review Program – No rides this month
Birthday Cards – Status Update – 12 cards in July; 13 in August
New Business
Adjournment at 10:50
After the meeting Sandwich Boards for the Yoga program were assembled and distributes
