Joe Cebula from Fire Detective Systems reviews the quote for the fire alarm to be installed at the Department of Public Works.
Ed asked for an explanation of prior charges to the Town of Tolland. A service charge was charged to the town to reset the alarms. In Tolland’s situation the alarm relies on WIFI and if the WIFI is disconnected the system will sound. Joe recommends a 24 hour battery backup. Joe also suggested troubleshooting over the phone to possible eliminate the service call.
