MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – May 8, 2017 4:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: John Verones, JVP Consulting LLC

John Verones of JVP Consulting reviewed the two bids that were received for the Department of Public Works Garage.
The Shephard Corporation $697,156.00
Bentnr Engineering & Construction $618,220.00
The Board of Selectmen authorized John to move forward in presenting the bids to MIIA who is responsible for awarding the contract. The Selectboard did approve the low bidder Bentnr.
John reported back that he had spoken with MIIA and the bid had been awarded to Bentnr. Bentr was notified and will be writing a contract for approval.
Ed voiced that he had worked 127 overtime hours between Jan and May 6th. and requested compensation time approval. Board granted 6 days compensation time to be used by June 30th.
