MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – August 8, 2016 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Ed Deming, Police Chief & DPW Superintendent
Ed notified the board that he had given written notice to Jeff Messenger instructing him to submit time sheets bi-weekly.
Ed also notified the board that he authorized 3 hours of overtime for Bob to set up for the Arts Lottery event on the green. Arts Lottery did not communicate with the DPW until after the close of Friday.
Ed received a quote of $14,946 plus travel cost to repair the blue boom mower. The board requested that Ed hold off on the repair.
Ed held a gun safety class on Saturday, August 5th and half of the class cost ($950) will be donated towards a playscape.
