MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – April 11, 2016 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine

The Board of Selectmen met with MBI on Tuesday, April 5th.
Sue Voudren, Town Clerk submitted a job description for the position to assistant the Town Clerk. Monies will be budgeted in the 2017 budget.
Received a copy of a letter that was sent to the Southwick Tolland Granville Regional School Committee for consideration. The request is for the district to modify its proposed FY17 budget with an additional offset of $200,000 from its E/D account and Southwick would match it with$200,000 more from its free cash account. This proposed action would help aid a lessened tax burden to residents. Letter was taken under advisement.
Received a donation in the amount of $2,769.76 from Tolland’s Ladies Aid to be used for the Tolland Public Library.
