Also Present: Marc LeVasseur, Foresight Land Services, Inc.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Reviewed the MassWorks Grant project with Marc LeVasseur of Foresight Land Services. A final approval has not been received from MassWorks in regards to amending the projects deadline to June 1 from December 31st. The project currently has $120,699.64 available. The monies will be used to continue paving route 57.
Meeting adjourned at 7:00PM
