MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – September 29, 2014 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr.,and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Phil Grannan

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Phil Grannan made a presentation to the board in regards to the purchasing of Bonadies property. Eric informed Phil that he may make a personal presentation. The Selectboard will have handouts to include a map and financials.
Lane Construction submitted a letter requesting an extension of the MassWorks project completion date to Nov. 7th. Margaret received the MassWorks contract today and will have to contact George Durante, Project Manager of MassWorks to get authorization of the extension.
The board appointed the following to the COA board for FY15:
Jean Armitage 3 years
Ruth Buchanan 1 year
Jennifer Clark 1 year
Mira Munson 3 years
David Spidal 3 years
E. Patrick Storey 2 years
