Phil Grannan presented a timeline and the details of the MassWorks grant with Marc LeVasseur of Foresight Land Services. The grant is written and presented as two projects, which include a 2” mill and overlay and the evaluation and replacement of several culverts along route 57. Marc explained that Foresight will write a Scope of Services to include; a culvert survey, design engineering services and also be responsible for all permitting and any procurement requirements.
