MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – December 2, 2013 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Ed Deming
Minutes of the November 18th and 25th meeting were read and accepted.
Email correspondence was received from Robert Gery pertaining to the timeliness of the Board minutes being posted to the town’s website. The email was read by all selectmen and it was requested that the Board’s secretary do whatever necessary to get minutes posted within a reasonable period of time.
Eric as Building Inspector will be issuing a building permit to Hull Forestland for a warming hut to be located on route 57. A motion was made by Steve and seconded by Tom to write a statement on the permit that will read “that the structure will not be used for Human Habitation”.
